Uchiha-AI is a digital B2B software service operated by Uchiha Itachi LTD. No physical goods are shipped.
Before activation
Prospective customers request access and provide information about their intended business use. Before payment, the customer receives written subscription terms identifying the applicable features, usage limits, billing period, price, and expected activation timing.
Delivery method
Service is delivered electronically through access to an online Uchiha-AI workspace. Account access or activation instructions are provided to the authorized customer contact identified in the order form.
Activation timing
Activation timing depends on the approved use case, selected subscription, receipt of required information, and successful payment. The applicable timing is confirmed in the customer order form. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate customer information may extend activation.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information, identifying authorized users, maintaining secure credentials, and ensuring they have the right to use information added to the service.
Delivery problems
If a customer does not receive expected access or believes the delivered scope differs from the order form, the authorized account contact should notify Uchiha Itachi LTD promptly and provide the order or invoice reference.
